Welcome to my corner of the web! I’m Ken Barnes, also known as Mr. SugarDrop. My most cherished title is dad to two incredible daughters who are the spark in my every day. Beyond the joys of fatherhood, I’m deeply committed to a cause close to my heart—leading the Sweet Freedom Health Revolution, a movement I’m passionate about growing, one person at a time.

With a rich background as a certified Health and Mindset Coach, bolstered by a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychology (CBT), I’ve worn many hats – author, trainer, and motivational speaker, to name a few.

My journey has led me to create SugarPoints Smart Nutrition and The SugarDrop Code. These innovative approaches blend the wisdom of health and well-being, exercise, sleep science, cognitive psychology, behavioural therapy, and personal development into a cohesive lifestyle strategy.

My mantra, “Make Health Your Habit,” serves as a constant reminder that health isn’t a luxury—it’s a way of life. It’s a call to action for all of us to live intentionally, making choices every day that nurture our well-being.

My Personal Transformation

I’ve been where you are, picture this: I stood in front of a mirror, disappointed and embarrassed by the reflection staring back at me. At over 50 years old, I weighed a staggering 231 pounds, well beyond what was healthy for my height.

Seeing how my unhealthy lifestyle affected my physical well-being, relationships, and mental health was painful. Being diagnosed with borderline type 2 diabetes was a wake-up call that changed my life forever.

Once struggling with weight and prediabetes, I turned my life around with SugarPoints Smart Nutrition and The SugarDrop Code. Now, as a certified Health Coach and CBT expert and using my past experience, I want to impact the lives of others positively.

SugarPoints Snart Nutrition and The SugarDrop Code empowered me to regain control over my health and well-being, and now I want to share it with you.

My Biggest Regret…

It pains me greatly that I was unaware of these crucial principles when my beloved mother was still alive. At that time, I lacked the knowledge that could have saved her from the weight-related complications that prematurely ended her life.

Her loss ignited my pursuit of knowledge, culminating in the transformative insights at the heart of the SugarPoints Smart Nutrition diet, The SugarDrop Code, and The Pathway course. While I couldn’t help my mother, I am now dedicated to helping thousands of others in her memory.
